IMPORTANT: Once keys or licenses are sent, they become non-refundable. Historically, some customers have received and used keys before requesting refunds, leading to this policy.

- Returns are processed exclusively for non-working keys/licenses.
- Non-working refers to software errors or key errors, excluding issues stemming from conflicts with your operating system or other applications on your system.
- Customers are required to demonstrate clearly that the software is not functioning by providing screenshots with error messages.
If a customer wishes to return a product for reasons other than those listed above, please contact us at contact@qb-online.shop for further assessment of the return.
Buyers have a window of 7 days to request a return from Qb-online.
